With Your Safety In Mind—#OMA2022 Health Protocols

OMA is excited to welcome you to Cincinnati for our first in-person event since 2019. As eager as we are to put COVID in our rearview, we know we aren’t there just yet.

With your safety and the safety of your home communities in mind, we are implementing new protocols for 2022. As of December 17, 2021, all conference registrants must show proof of vaccination against COVID-19 or provide a negative test (taken no earlier than 72 hours prior to arriving onsite).

As of March 14, 2022, in accordance with CDC guidelines, masks are welcome (but not required) during the OMA 2022 annual conference events at Graduate Cincinnati.

Please note: Masks may be required at some of our tour locations, and will still be required on the buses to and from our Saturday and Sunday tours. If you are attending Saturday or Sunday tours, please check the list below for the safety measures for each location to ensure you are prepared for your visit.

Saturday Tour Locations:

  • Cincinnati Skirball Museum: For visitors to the Skirball Museum showing proof of vaccination and booster, masks are optional. Unvaccinated or unboosted visitors must wear masks. Please be prepared to show your vaccination card.
  • National Underground Railroad Freedom Center: Masks are recommended for unvaccinated guests.
  • Taft Museum of Art: Masking is optional for visitors.
  • Weston Art Gallery: Masks are required, physical distancing is recommended.
  • American Sign Museum: Masks and social distancing are recommended.

Saturday Tour Locations:

  • Cincinnati Museum Center: Masks are recommended for unvaccinated guests.
  • Cincinnati Art Museum: Masks are recommended for all visitors over 2 years of age for the safety of unvaccinated children.

We know that the nature of pandemic-related public health measures are changing rapidly, and OMA will continue to evaluate and update these protocols to be in-line with recommended standards as we get closer to the event.

We thank you for helping us ensure the health of our attendees, speakers, hosts, and home communities with these guidelines.
