Western Reserve Historical Society seeks a Corporate Heritage Project Manager.
Coordination:
- Coordinates with Vice President of Heritage Management for the delivery of heritage services
- Coordinates with designated KeyBank employees to support bicentennial and heritage functions
- Coordinates with local and national archival/museum institutions to access KeyBank collections
Duties:
- Conducts needs assessment, materials survey and inventory of collections to support bicentennial celebration
- Conducts, synthesizes, and presents research to inform content development related to physical displays, audio-visuals, web-based media, and publications
- Implements research documentation and metadata standards for selection and digitization of materials for buildout of official corporate archives
- Represents heritage function during committee and planning meetings
- Provides timely services and reporting to key stakeholders
- Provides and stewards framework for collecting and preserving bicentennial celebration
- Undertakes other duties as assigned by the Vice President of Heritage Management
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s Degree in Communications, Business, Humanities, Library Science, or related field preferred
- Experience: At least two years’ experience supporting cultural heritage initiatives, research and writing, with experience in intellectual property preferred
- Must steward trust and confidentiality in all relationships and services rendered
- Must exhibit professional standards for workplace environment and records of collections
- Must embrace a hybrid work environment with majority of time spent in the field delivering heritage services
- Local travel required
Salary range: 60,000 - 65,000
Job classification: Full-time, temporary (12-month, project-based position)
